The buyer's father is a very senior Citibank Executive in Malaysia and given the increasing interest in Australia from the Asian sector, it is important to secure meaningful relationships with those buyers. We are both pleased and a little sad that the settlement has gone through, it means our time at OT is now truly over, however, we are happy that it has been bought by people who will live in it and enjoy it (hopefully as much as we did).
