For general maintenance requests please complete & submit the form below providing as much information on the repairs as possible. Maintenance, unless urgent, is given to the relevant tradesperson as soon as possible once the landlord has been contacted.
If the damage is found to be caused by the tenant either accidently or maliciously, the tenant is responsible for payment of the repair. The tenant will be invoiced with a 30 day account for payment upon completion of the repair.
In the event of an urgent repair ring our office immediately and we shall attend to your problem as quickly as possible. If it is outside business hours please contact the property management department on their mobiles for directions. If you are still unable to reach someone you should take what ever action is necessary to protect your goods and the property from further damage.
The appropriate tradesperson will contact you to arrange access to the apartment. They will call on the number you have supplied above.
